The staff is welcome. I enjoy the house very much. We have a nice stay here in Barcelona.

Lovely old house, clean bathroom, fresh and delicious food in the buffet bar! You even can look over the city on the rooftop.

Interesting historic villa, great alternative to a hotel

A very beautiful historic villa which has been converted into a guesthouse. The building is very interesting with lots of original details remaining and it's lovely to imagine life there in the 19th century! The breakfast buffet selection is very generous and it's available 24h in case you feel like coffee and a snack during the daytime. It's good value for Barcelona and particularly if you want to stay somewhere with a bit of character rather than a chain hotel.

The rooms at the front of the building are quite noisy.

Simple and comfortable shared house.

Easy and comfortable. We had a huge room. Huge gorgeous house. AC is amazing in the summer heat ! Come and go as we please. And snacks in the fridge/kitchen 24/7 if you find yourself hungry any time.

Just keep in mind a shared mini mansion, so you'll hear people and life noise mostly in morning and afternoons due to shared spaces. Which a wonderful way to meet new travelers! But think about timing for bathroom/shower use

Breakfast served all day long, self service. Excellent coffee and Juices. Beautiful place outside and inside.

Situated on a hill. Tough walk from the metro and suitcases. I did not trust the door and window to be safe. Quite small room.

Wonderful

- The girl who checked me in (unfortunately I can't remember her name) was lovely throughout the whole stay - The shared bathroom was always clean - When I entered the room and saw the ear plugs I was prepared for some noisy nights but it's actually a very quiet area - There's some food and fresh water available for you 24/7 - I'm very grateful for the coffee machine as the coffees I had at cafes were all terrible

- The main light in my room wasn't working (but it's my bad for forgetting to mention it while I was there, it's room 4) - I felt like like I had no privacy as the room's door has gaps and the window blinds wouldn't go down all the way - Way too expensive for a tiny single room with shared bathroom in my opinion

The hotel was nice with lovely staff and convenient location, with a lot of fresh fruits, drinks and breads offered on the dining room.

The check-in process is not that smooth. No staff worked in the hotel at my arrival time of 16:00. We've tried to ring door bell and called them so many times, and finally a call was received. After the call, I've waited at the gate for 20 minutes until the staff finally arrived. That was a bit annoying, and on the third day of my staying, the same thing happen to the other guest. I hope the check-in management of this hotel can be improved.

Lovely little old mansion

Amazingly cute old mansion/villa. Loved all the old authentic details like window shutters and floor tiles. The 24/7 breakfast nook was a really nice touch. Air condition was also great because it allowed to sleep in dark with closed window shutters. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

The room lacked a bit of coziness. Especially bathroom. Bedside lamps and area rugs would make a big difference. And even as there's a big balcony for 3 upstair bedrooms it doesn't have any shade and lacks coziness too so we didn't use it at all. Maybe it sounds harsh but the whole house gives a bit of hospital vibes. But besides of that the house has SO much potential that just a little touch of decoration here and there would make a big difference :)

Sinceramente me gusto todo.. la posicion optima a nivel traslado con la metro. pero de ahi son 5 cuadras de la calle principal y una salida digamos que rechiere voluntad. pero cuando llegas, es el paraiso. tranquilo, limpio, con una zona buffet 24/24 que es mucho pedir Tai, la persona q te recibe lo mejor , estupenda, amable y muy dulce. Siempre disponible para aconsejarte y cumplir con lo q necesitemos. Gracias Tai por tu atencion.

« Jolie maison avec buffet inclus à toute heure »

Très jolie pension dans une maison avec un jardin super agréable. L accès au buffet à toute heure de la journée est un plus rare et appréciable même si nous n en avons pas vraiment profité. L ambiance globale est sympa et fait penser à une auberge de jeunesse. Joli balcon dans notre chambre. Notre chien a été bien accueilli.

Emplacement sur une colline proche du parc guell mais globalement excentré. Nous le savions avant de réserver cependant. D une manière générale Barcelone fut l étape que nous avons le moins apprécié en catalogne. Plutôt cher, extrêmement touristique, pickpocket visibles donc nous sommes toujours sur nos gardes. Une belle ville mais un poil sur côté à mon goût.

L’établissement est situé à 10min du Parc Guell à pied et 8 min du métro. On peut aller à la Sagrada Familia à pied en 30 min . L’hôtesse que nous avons vu, juste le jour de notre arrivée était très gentille. Cependant c’est bizarre de n’avoir aucun personnel dans l’établissement.

La chambre était très classique. La carrelage au sol était décollé, la lavabo dans la chambre n’était pas très bien fixé au mur il bougeait beaucoup. Nous avions des volets en bois qui étaient inutile car certaines lattes étaient cassés donc le jour passait encore plus. Des prises sortaient du plafond . La salle de bain était partagé, nous le savions. De la nourriture est à disposition tout au long de la journée mais nous ne savions pas quand c’était réapprovisionner et si la marche en avant était respecté ici. On a eu l’impression de voir les mêmes croissants tout le séjour. Je trouve le rapport qualité prix un peu chère.

Nous étions dans la chambre 1 donc à l’entrée donc il y avait du bruit à chaque fois que quelqu’un entrait ou sortait mais le plus dérangeant était la lumière du couloir à détecteur de mouvement car les rideaux de la chambre ne couvrait pas les fenêtres les plus hautes donc à chaque passage ça éclairait toute la chambre même la nuit
